The Tolowa Dee-ni' Nation is a federally recognized Indian Tribe of Tolowa Indians. The Rancheria is located 3 miles south of the Oregon-California border in Northwest California. The Tribe's general membership consists of over 1,700 and more members.

The Tolowa Dee-ni' Nation is led by a Lhetlh-xat-ne (Tribal Council) – comprised of seven tribal members who have been elected by the general membership.

BOARDS & COMMISIONS
Tribal advisory committees are established to assist the Tribal Council in fulfilling its obligations in governmental functions. A Committee provides advice, assistance, and make recommendations to the Tribal Council in that Committee’s area of responsibility.
